同屋企人的聖誕扒餐，特別試下新入既豬扒。同場加映，Joan 主理既 Risotto，選用前一日食剩既赤米蝦。
這是第二年出席日本的學術會議了，上年在大阪，今年在神戶。在會議前後及空餘時間，除了遊覽神戶外，我還去了幾個鄰近的旅遊勝地，包括姬路、淡路島、岡山及倉敷等。
