上次煎 Don Don 牛排太生，今次用 LC Grill Pan 煎再焗一焗，果然腍左好多。
忘記了從何時開始，每年的十二月十八日，都會和 Ruby/Michael 及 Karen/Terence 在皇后街街巿飯聚，今次還邀請了六及 Hannah。
與 Joan 遊澳門，行程跟五月時與家人遊澳門時差不多，但遇上許多店舖因公眾假期而休息。同場加映：馬田推介的杏香園裹蒸糭。
