Joan 知我很想去長崎朝聖，特地安排了一次福岡、長崎、佐世保之旅。五天行程，到訪過六間教堂及二十六聖人紀念館，最後一天留在福岡遊覽。
與 Joan 遊澳門，行程跟五月時與家人遊澳門時差不多，但遇上許多店舖因公眾假期而休息。同場加映：馬田推介的杏香園裹蒸糭。

Joan的一班朋友每年都會搞一次茹毛飲血大食會，今年多咗兩位男士參與，我係其中一個。
澄澄為 Ken 慶生，安排了火炭工廈的私房菜。
