回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。

八月上旬到台北參加了一個工作坊，當中最難忘的有兩件事。第一，是行程經歷了當地二十年以來最猛烈的颱 風；第二，是可以近距離觀看宋版書，另外也到過動物園、青茼、平溪、十分等地方。
