我跟 Joan 相隔一天生日，最好飛一轉短途旅遊，果然來回航程都有得昇級之餘，酒店服務也格外殷勤。
因疫情關係，原先訂好的機票一再改期，直至 2021 年 9 月左右，收到消息指媽媽在美國跌倒，便決定如期赴美，當時回港需要隔離 21 日。

回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。
