荃灣蘭香馳名雜醬麵，舖面雖小，但早年新張時卻有一班影星剪綵，也許老闆是娛樂圈中人。早飯後去了鐵路博物館一遊。

原本想去錦田華嫂，點知 GPS 點錯路入左大欖隧道，將錯就錯入深井。深井燒鵝食得多，今次搵新意思，試下聞名已久既深井西式燒乳豬。

這是第二年出席日本的學術會議了，上年在大阪，今年在神戶。在會議前後及空餘時間，除了遊覽神戶外，我還去了幾個鄰近的旅遊勝地，包括姬路、淡路島、岡山及倉敷等。
