除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。

零九年，Amanda 相約去看演唱會。

因為 Joan 剛轉新工作，不方便請假，是年的生日旅遊不能安排在我或 Joan 的正日生日，而是提前在生日前的周末。星期六凌晨抵達新加坡樟宜機場，星期一凌晨機返回香港，不多不小，前後剛好閃遊新加坡 48 小時。
