回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。

這次在 DD 牛扒團訂單中加了小牛扒，便即興用 Nike 鍋來 Sabu Sabu，另外買了菜、菇、豬肉片及冰箱的烏冬。同場加映，周日早上的三文魚炒蛋早餐。
