國慶長假期 Frankie 和 Deborah 到多倫多美食自由行，先後到過名門金宴、魚樂軒、大都會茶餐廳及黃三記。

跟同事參加了奧比斯的行山活動，2R 為當天大會嘉賓。

年晚訂了鴻星盆菜晚飯，因為太好餸，半盆盆菜留到年初一在上水打邊爐。

文哥帶給我一個 Le Creuset Grill Pan，養了一個星期後，在 UNY 買了兩塊黑毛和牛替它開光。
