除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。

光哥回港渡假，碰巧當天生日，大伙兒到淘大稻香晚飯。
