十一月底碰上黑色星期五優惠，買到二月頭農曆年假期前往關西的平價機票。再來到關西，這次計劃向西走，到岡山、姬路及神戶，前兩地有日本城參觀，神戶只是方便返回關西機場，及後再加上到有馬浸溫泉的行程。
因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。
