三分吹雞帶我同花花去上環素藝舍。中菜 Fine Dining 一向是我喜愛的菜式，私房菜亦給予廚師充分準備，話雖小弟係食肉獸一名，但這仍然是一頓令人驚喜的晚宴。
是次旅行比較即興，原因是 Joan 公司農曆年放長假，為免浪費了假期，便計劃到日本旅行。我對京都有一份情意結，原因是眾多日本都巿之中，唯獨京都的古蹟保存得比較完整。
