光在美國的新居，屬於新入伙後的首批照片。

2004 年文哥去了加拿大山區旅遊。
回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。
即興到了澳門吃喝玩樂了半天，因為 Alan 有工作在身沒有一起來，文哥又想回美前跟 Alan 吃一頓飯，所以在黃昏前趕返香港。晚上在北角高麗韓國餐廳吃韓國燒烤。
