菠蘿一家大細來了上水家訪，Otis&Serena 異口同聲地說要吃牛排，剛好冰箱還有幾塊牛扒，只是最小的一塊也有三吋厚。牛排先慢煮 5 小時（54 度），再用煎 pan 無面煎兩分鐘。

八月上旬到台北參加了一個工作坊，當中最難忘的有兩件事。第一，是行程經歷了當地二十年以來最猛烈的颱 風；第二，是可以近距離觀看宋版書，另外也到過動物園、青茼、平溪、十分等地方。
