每年十月份，Frankie 都會安排回港棎親，近年多數選擇途經日本，順道組織家庭旅行。我安排了九月三十日一起到鎌倉遊玩，其餘時間則各自活動。

菠蘿一家大細來了上水家訪，Otis&Serena 異口同聲地說要吃牛排，剛好冰箱還有幾塊牛扒，只是最小的一塊也有三吋厚。牛排先慢煮 5 小時（54 度），再用煎 pan 無面煎兩分鐘。
