一心想帶文哥去一樂食燒鵝，點知一樂休息一個月，唯有改去大埔海港。
因公務到香港大學志華館考察，順道棎訪舊同事 Wilson Kwok，中午到中華廚藝學院午餐。很久沒去中廚吃飯了，算一算，對上一次在那裡吃飯已經是 2015 年 1 月了。
受同行友人邀請，四月初到大阪參加業界學術會議，順道觀賞大阪櫻花。
