利用昨晚邊爐的剩餘物資，煮了一個日式牛肉鍋，順便替隻 Staub Nike 鍋開光。

今年的周年晚飯選了在灣仔的 BB’s 慶祝，餐廳雖然冷清，全晚只有我和 Joan，但海鮮不論冷盤還是熱盤都一樣出色。巧合地，我們的頭盤及主菜都點了海鮮。
這是我第四次來到曼谷，入住 Sukhumvit 區 Soi 26 的 DoubleTree Hilton 酒店，位置就在香港人喜愛的榮泰魚蛋粉旁。
