文哥帶給我一個 Le Creuset Grill Pan，養了一個星期後，在 UNY 買了兩塊黑毛和牛替它開光。

光哥回港渡假，碰巧當天生日，大伙兒到淘大稻香晚飯。

趕緊回美前清咁啲冰箱存貨，今日煎埋最後兩塊扒。今日雙爐齊開，細果塊係 DeBuyer 煎既，大果塊係 LC。

2014 年，我第一次踏足日本，到過福岡、熊本、由布丸等地方。
