除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。

回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。

每年生日都會和 Joan 去旅行，行程於二月時已計劃好，但忘了是什麼原因會選擇倫敦。然而，倫敦擁有館藏最豐富的博物館，這必然是倫敦吸引我們之處。
