一年一度意粉記念日，前年的慶祝地點是 Chef Eddy，今次又去 Chef Eddy 私房菜，只是老闆 Eddy 已經由香港仔搬到銅鑼灣。今次主打黑松露，正合我河車。
好抵、好大塊、好厚肉、好多汁。太大塊，下次要焗一焗佢先得。
