除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。

早前美國機票大平賣，紐約朋友都襯平票來港遊玩。適逢 Frankie 另一位朋友 Kitty 來港，我便照抄舊路線，帶了他們新界一日遊，行程包括旺角金華、西貢、流浮山、上水等地方。

上次煎 Don Don 牛排太生，今次用 LC Grill Pan 煎再焗一焗，果然腍左好多。
