零五年農曆新年買了一盆芍藥回家，順便拿來當攝影習作。
輯錄了 2015 年農曆新年前後的照片。
除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。
三分吹雞 BBQ，未開始燒，架機就無電。

因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。
