對上一次圖書館協會外訪團要追索至六年前，小弟極希望要在是年卸任前完成外訪團。一早定下外訪地點是泰國曼谷，原因是當地有書商照應，到訪了泰國國家圖書館、朱拉隆功大學、泰國創意設計中心及西里拉醫學圖書館。
久違了的九龍灣職訓局午餐，原因是今年已經無續 TDS 個會籍，今次用左 Buck 張咭先訂到位，黎到仲比老師問：『阿 Buck 無黎咩？』佢實在太有名了。
