回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。

2010 年夏天，Ko 到耕地種菜，順道來上水探我，之後去了元朗三上吃日本菜。

攝於 2005 年農曆新年前夕，見圍村地方過年氣氛濃厚，便拿了相機出去影相。為給自己一個實習功課，特別不用廣角鏡，帶了一支 Sigma 70-300 Macro。
