上次煎 Don Don 牛排太生，今次用 LC Grill Pan 煎再焗一焗，果然腍左好多。
2008 年和家人到西貢為 Wilson 慶生
來到沖繩後，發覺許多地方不似預期，但多了點驚喜。石垣牛、阿古豬不似預期，刺身也沒有想像中好，但沖繩麵卻令人驚喜。沖繩少了一點日本味道，多了一點中國和美國的影子。
2004 年阿父回港遊覽，我帶他去大澳食海鮮及探朋友。
三分吹雞 BBQ，未開始燒，架機就無電。
