回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。
一心想帶文哥去一樂食燒鵝，點知一樂休息一個月，唯有改去大埔海港。
一年一度的美國行，今年的隨團團友除 Joan 外，還有媽媽及大哥 Alan，一家人更浩浩盪盪地去大峽谷及中部的國家公園遊覽。
