一個燕京同學會約了很久的燒烤活動。

回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。

文哥帶給我一個 Le Creuset Grill Pan，養了一個星期後，在 UNY 買了兩塊黑毛和牛替它開光。

是日好天氣加新機入手，本來想去濕地公園。先到流浮山小桃源午膳，再到大街閒遊，行完歸家，最後沒去濕地公園。
