因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。

2016 年第一炮，約了舊公司同事吃盆菜。應 Edmund 要求，即場煎牛扒及豬扒供大家品嘗，還有 Patti 帶來的美味蘋果批。

呢排接完機都係去深水埗小菜王，貪其價格便宜，又開得夜，附近又易泊車。
