因公務到香港大學志華館考察，順道棎訪舊同事 Wilson Kwok，中午到中華廚藝學院午餐。很久沒去中廚吃飯了，算一算，對上一次在那裡吃飯已經是 2015 年 1 月了。
趕緊回美前清咁啲冰箱存貨，今日煎埋最後兩塊扒。今日雙爐齊開，細果塊係 DeBuyer 煎既，大果塊係 LC。
