八月尾出席了圖書館系統的學術會議 IGELU，此次屬自費公幹，也是三個月內第二次到新加坡。說起來，五月尾的生日旅遊搞得比較即興，一抽起條筋便去訂機票訂酒店，完全沒想起三個月後要再來公幹，所以弄成兩次新加坡遊的時間這麼接近。

久違了的香港圖書館協會海外考察團，雖然我在五月尾才到過新加坡旅遊，但我還是爽快地報了名。一來是這些圖書館並不一定可以隨便參觀，二來是可以憑這次機會跟海外圖書館打交道。
