2016 年第一炮，約了舊公司同事吃盆菜。應 Edmund 要求，即場煎牛扒及豬扒供大家品嘗，還有 Patti 帶來的美味蘋果批。

文哥回港，一家人便開車到流浮山明記吃晚飯，誰不知明記的知音大有人在，明記爆滿，在明記幫忙的伙記建議並帶我們到附近的彩鳳酒家，說彩鳳酒家也是本地的老字號，很喜歡這種鄰里一家親而非同行如敵國的情懷。
