一年一度 Ken&Carol 回港大日子，我特地在將軍澳浦田設宴款待 Ken 及趙伯母一家。

出席了香港大學圖書館舉辦的 Leadership Institute 而到了上海一趟，順道約了住在南京的 Gary 及 Christine。

上次煎 Don Don 牛排太生，今次用 LC Grill Pan 煎再焗一焗，果然腍左好多。
