Joan 知我很想去長崎朝聖，特地安排了一次福岡、長崎、佐世保之旅。五天行程，到訪過六間教堂及二十六聖人紀念館，最後一天留在福岡遊覽。

每年重陽節前，各圍村都忙於煮盆菜。我住在圍村超過十年，吃最多是上水盆菜，也吃過錦田元朗的盆菜，大致上差不多。是年的大圍盆菜宴，用鹽水鴨、粉絲和蝦做的盆菜，跟北區人以豬肉為主的盆菜不同。
