因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。

八月上旬到台北參加了一個工作坊，當中最難忘的有兩件事。第一，是行程經歷了當地二十年以來最猛烈的颱 風；第二，是可以近距離觀看宋版書，另外也到過動物園、青茼、平溪、十分等地方。
