回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。

每逢夏季 Ken 回港，去雲泉影荷花變成例行公事。

由海象隊吹雞的三聖海鮮晚餐，由司力架同車頭主理，以數量震憾見稱，聖旨去殼當炒麵咁炒，買賴尿蝦以缸為單位，全晚只有海鮮都食唔晒。

七月上旬，爸媽到 Q 舅賓州的度假屋時留影，另兩幀攝於紐約南街碼頭。
