這次礁溪之旅構思了許多年，原因是八年前跟家人到礁溪旅行時，Joan 因事沒隨行，所以一直想再去礁溪。碰考星宇航空開始了香港的航點，便馬上訂了機票到台灣。

兩日三夜的旅程，除了抵台當日下午有陽光外，全程都下著大雨。我們到過礁溪、宜蘭、頭城、九份、金瓜石瀑布等地方，品嚐過地道的三星蔥、合鴨米及甕窯雞，臨走時帶還了一棵三星蔥回港。

一心想帶文哥去一樂食燒鵝，點知一樂休息一個月，唯有改去大埔海港。
