因上次 Boxing Day 邊爐有朋友向隅，新年後特設第二輪邊爐。
Ken 到港短遊，早上到維記吃早餐，下午到利苑吃午飯，但無叉燒食。
這次礁溪之旅構思了許多年，原因是八年前跟家人到礁溪旅行時，Joan 因事沒隨行，所以一直想再去礁溪。碰考星宇航空開始了香港的航點，便馬上訂了機票到台灣。
聞名已久。剛好 RubyMichael 約食午飯，一拍即合。
