想了幾年的河背水塘遊，臨行前一晚驚覺朋友家原來距離河背水塘很接近，於是便邀請朋友同行，順道泊低架車。

除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。
