是日約了在香港公園打波，中午到灣仔食飯後，到香港公園閒逛。打完波到港大校友會食飯。
零五年間美國親友的雓相。
荃灣蘭香馳名雜醬麵，舖面雖小，但早年新張時卻有一班影星剪綵，也許老闆是娛樂圈中人。早飯後去了鐵路博物館一遊。
又因公事到中華廚藝學院，其實係上次既問題未解決。食飯事少，希望整得好唔駛再因同一問題返黎。
國慶長假期 Frankie 和 Deborah 到多倫多美食自由行，先後到過名門金宴、魚樂軒、大都會茶餐廳及黃三記。
