我們去了魚尾獅、Garden by the Bay、Night Safari 等名勝，全部遊人稀少，不用排隊，任影唔嬲，也算是一種奇遇。

因朋友說要品嘗圍村盆菜，於是在 2014 年尾的長周末時搞了一場盆菜宴。
每年重陽節前，各圍村都忙於煮盆菜。我住在圍村超過十年，吃最多是上水盆菜，也吃過錦田元朗的盆菜，大致上差不多。是年的大圍盆菜宴，用鹽水鴨、粉絲和蝦做的盆菜，跟北區人以豬肉為主的盆菜不同。
