久違了的九龍灣職訓局午餐，原因是今年已經無續 TDS 個會籍，今次用左 Buck 張咭先訂到位，黎到仲比老師問：『阿 Buck 無黎咩？』佢實在太有名了。

回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。

在北京公幹時已見龍友荷花照片充斥面書，返港後急不及待去雲泉影荷花，幸好還趕得上花期。
