趕緊回美前清咁啲冰箱存貨，今日煎埋最後兩塊扒。今日雙爐齊開，細果塊係 DeBuyer 煎既，大果塊係 LC。
2010 年，因為要處理爸爸的身後事，難得四兄弟在香港聚首一堂。早上在寶福山處理骨灰事宜後，晚上在三聖吃飯，拍下了沒有老爸的家庭合照。

這次在 DD 牛扒團訂單中加了小牛扒，便即興用 Nike 鍋來 Sabu Sabu，另外買了菜、菇、豬肉片及冰箱的烏冬。同場加映，周日早上的三文魚炒蛋早餐。
