文哥臨走前的周六中午，到了西貢六福食海鮮，我跟文哥爭比錢爭持不下，最後由 Joan 負責埋單。

適逢母親大人在二月尾生日，大家便計劃起台中洪瑞珍三明治 ＋ 母親慶生旅行來。雖然不像人家去跑四家洪瑞珍店，但我們還是試了中山路店及自由路店。

回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。
