我跟 Joan 相隔一天生日，最好飛一轉短途旅遊，果然來回航程都有得昇級之餘，酒店服務也格外殷勤。

跟團長和腸嫂很久沒 fine dining，今次去 PMQ 的 Aberdeen Street Social，過了一個很愉快的晚上。

因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。
