回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。
應歡要求，替金香菜館影小菜相。這次是第二次拍照，補拍幾張小菜相 ＋ 三代同堂合照。

是日到了金華及麥奀吃早餐及午餐，也是只有陪遊客才會光顧的店。
