因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。

文哥回港短聚，是日一早到新香園吃蛋牛治，中午到菠蘿推介的深井傅記食燒鵝。

我們去了魚尾獅、Garden by the Bay、Night Safari 等名勝，全部遊人稀少，不用排隊，任影唔嬲，也算是一種奇遇。
