菠蘿一家大細來了上水家訪，Otis&Serena 異口同聲地說要吃牛排，剛好冰箱還有幾塊牛扒，只是最小的一塊也有三吋厚。牛排先慢煮 5 小時（54 度），再用煎 pan 無面煎兩分鐘。

對上一次圖書館協會外訪團要追索至六年前，小弟極希望要在是年卸任前完成外訪團。一早定下外訪地點是泰國曼谷，原因是當地有書商照應，到訪了泰國國家圖書館、朱拉隆功大學、泰國創意設計中心及西里拉醫學圖書館。
