八月尾出席了圖書館系統的學術會議 IGELU，此次屬自費公幹，也是三個月內第二次到新加坡。說起來，五月尾的生日旅遊搞得比較即興，一抽起條筋便去訂機票訂酒店，完全沒想起三個月後要再來公幹，所以弄成兩次新加坡遊的時間這麼接近。
是次旅行比較即興，原因是 Joan 公司農曆年放長假，為免浪費了假期，便計劃到日本旅行。我對京都有一份情意結，原因是眾多日本都巿之中，唯獨京都的古蹟保存得比較完整。
