回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。

這次安排了去日本，反正國外許多地方都未完全開放，對上一次日本遊已是 2019 年。這次京阪之旅沒有特別行程，唯獨是信用咭有海外餐飲回贈，順道預約了一家米其林一星的壽司店。

文哥臨走前的周六中午，到了西貢六福食海鮮，我跟文哥爭比錢爭持不下，最後由 Joan 負責埋單。
