除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。

與 Ken 一家暢遊澳門，品嚐地道美食及觀賞水舞間。

文哥回港，一家人便開車到流浮山明記吃晚飯，誰不知明記的知音大有人在，明記爆滿，在明記幫忙的伙記建議並帶我們到附近的彩鳳酒家，說彩鳳酒家也是本地的老字號，很喜歡這種鄰里一家親而非同行如敵國的情懷。
